To join The Mentorship Program, all screenwriters must apply. The application helps us assess your screenwriting experience, time commitment, and whether we’re a strong fit to take this writing journey together. This program is best suited for Emerging to Established screenwriters who are prepared to write on deadline and have the flexibility to consistently meet 1:1 with their assigned Story Expert in order to reach their goals. Wondering your screenwriting level? Take the quiz. The application includes submitting a previously written screenplay. Note: This is not a script coverage or feedback opportunity. If you're seeking Development Notes on a script, please submit your screenplay here. If accepted, your application fee will be applied toward your Mentorship Program tuition. Enrollment is selective and based on both applicant readiness and the availability of our Story Experts. The Mentorship Program takes screenwriters from idea to script. To add a pitch deck and oral pitch practice, upgrade to Pitch for an additional $1,000 and 4 weeks.

If you're accepted to the next stage, we’ll invite you to a Clarity Call —a 1:1 conversation with a Story Expert designed to help you make an informed decision about your screenwriting path. We’ll walk through your writing goals, your application responses, and your sample to determine the best next step—whether that’s The Mentorship Program or another resource that better fits your needs. This isn’t a pitch call—it’s a strategy session. Think of it as your chance to talk to our Story Experts about where your script stands and how to get it where it needs to go. |
